LASER CONCRETE PAVER SCL-1080

STRONG CONCRETER CSL-1080 concrete paver is controlled with a joystick which ensures smooth movement. Control panel, as well as the SPECTRA laser leveling system computer, are conveniently located on the right hand of the operator.  Controlling STRONG CONCRETER CSL-1080 is so easy and convenient that, after a bit of practice, the operator starts to control the machine intuitively, consequently increasing efficiency. An important feature of STRONG CONCRETER SCL-1080 screed is that the operator is not hidden behind the machine, but sits on top of it. This allows controlling the process of concrete pavement while simultaneously tracking the movements of the laser screed by watching the dimensions of the machine.

GREAT SOLUTION FOR CONCRETE

Простой текст

If you have the need for speed in laying your screed, then the Strong Concreter SCL-1080 Laser Concrete Paver is the one for you. Some companies have developed screed pavers which use a similar laser-guided system, even going so far as to trademark the name, “Laser Screed®.”  We welcome the competition.  Experience has shown that our SCL-1080 is the best laser-guided screed machine available.

Our SCL-1080  uses a joystick control system which makes the operator’s job a breeze. Touch control and sensitivity lead to a smooth application and effortless paving completion.  The joystick is integrated into the Control Panel, which is connected to the SPECTRA laser leveling computer system, conveniently located at the fingertips of the operator’s right hand.  This ensures efficiency and rapid response during operation.

Operator integration with the entire machine was our goal. We went above and beyond our competitors by designing the operator’s seat above the screed application area. Much like a riding lawnmower, the operator sits on top.  This line-of-sight orientation of the operator to the application area allows the driver to watch both the process of concrete paving while keeping an eye on the control panel. This ensures that proper dimensions are observed throughout the application. This is a huge advantage over other screed machines, preventing costly mistakes and repeats. This one feature alone can pay for the machine over time.

Strong Concreter set out to build the best laser-guided screed paving machine from the ground up.  The heart of the machine is the 20-Horsepower Honda GX630 engine. You will never get bogged down or be short of raw power with this motor unit. Next, we added a 5.3 gallon (20 liter) fuel tank; so you never run out of gas in the middle of a job.  All of this power is converted through hydraulic motors to a 4-wheel drive propulsion system.  It has power steering as well, which makes it a joy to run while you lay down as much as 5,000 square feet of concrete per hour!  With a sturdy steel frame, and gunmetal gray powder-coated steel cage all around, you can bet that this baby will be around for years to come.

After durability, accuracy was our main concern. We wanted this beauty to have brains to boot.  That’s why we gave it a control accuracy of +/- 1.5 millimeters!  That is sharp, when you are working its full rated range of paving thickness from 1 to 8 inches.  You can work with slabs up to 6.3 inches thick. All of this comes from the Power Elevation Control that moves the head through fine laser control of the lift head cylinders.

Weighing just 1,500 pounds, with an auger head clearance of 13.75 inches (0.35 meters) and a ground clearance of 8.6 inches (0.22 meters), this machine is by far more nimble than the others available out there.  Come try one today. With a whisper-quiet electric start, you’ll be on your way to paving faster and more efficiently than ever before, putting the profits directly into your pockets. The basic design of the machine is just that: Basic. This was intentional to ensure simple maintenance. You may see other machines that are bulky, complex, and look like an airplane taxiing down a runway. Who needs all those unnecessary bells and whistles that can break off?

We know you don’t have time to waste on a job with machines that can’t keep pace, stay together, or handle the grueling workload. We are concrete experts who knew what you needed when we first sat down to design this one-of-a-kind laser-guided screed machine.  Other companies may put all of their efforts into fancy names and trademarks, but are their machines going to stand behind you like you stand behind them? Besides, who wants to stand for hours over wet concrete when you can sit comfortably and relax knowing that you are closer to your work? No one who knows concrete, for sure!

That’s what it comes down to: People who know concrete.  Our machines are developed and tested right here in our facility by experienced concrete workers. Our competitors seem to design a machine from a concept on a computer screen and hope for the best when it hits the factory floor. We design our laser-guided screed machine from the ground up, with you in mind.  They make their machines from the top down, from corporate concept, to assembly line, to you. Who knows better than you what you need when the screed meets the hot sun?

Strong Concreter, that’s who.

Some of our competitors ship their machines from half way around the world. Perhaps a European design is attractive in a glossy brochure or a fancy website; but how can you be sure that it will start and run properly when it arrives? What if it comes packed in pieces and needs to be assembled?  You’re a concrete paver, not an auto mechanic!  What happens when you get on the phone with the manufacturer? What kind of support do they provide for the money you pay? Will the tech support speak English, or Spanish, or Chinese?

These are all questions that you do not need to worry about with us. We are here in sunny Florida, in the United States of America, ready to stand behind you and the fine Strong Concreter SCL-1080 .
